The room with balcony. Had a shower, a bidet, and bath sheets in the bathroom. Booked the hotel for its magnificent and unbeatable location close enough to lively area, and many coffee shops, restaurants and bars.

I had a pleasant stay at a charming boutique hotel in a bustling neighborhood. The colonial building added to the overall ambiance. The staff, especially Anderson, were friendly and helpful during check-in.

I stayed at Hostal La Mercedes Boutique for a few days and it was a great experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always available at the front desk. The room I stayed in was beautiful, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The shower was great too. Even though there was a rock concert next to my room, the staff quickly accommodated me and gave me a new room without any hassle. Great service!

The facilities at this hotel were nice, and I really enjoyed the charming colonial style. the room was spotless, and the breakfast served was good. the staff were polite and welcoming, and I appreciated that they had translators on their phones to communicate with me despite my lack of Spanish.

There were a few aspects of my stay that were not so great. the noise from nearby clubs and pubs was unbearable, especially during the Christmas period.

For the price we paid, we got great value and a beautiful, clean room with all the amenities we needed. The staff at this boutique hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location was perfect, close to bars and nightlife, yet surprisingly quiet. Would definitely recommend and return!
